A doua generatie a programatoarelor Rainbird TBOS permit inclusiv controlul de la distanta prin Bluetooth, cu ajutorul oricarui smartphone.
Functioneaza cu baterii 9V si solenoizi 9V, si permit utilizarea irigarii automate in absenta curentului AC, cu ajutorul programelor de udare foarte bine customizabile.
Pentru a utiliza si programa un modul TBOS-II (cu 1, 2, 4, sau 6 zone) este necesar un transmitator (telecomanda) TBOS-II Field Transmitter.
Modulele TBOS-II nu sunt compatibile cu telecomenzile din generatia veche TBOS-I.

- Compatibil si cu modulele din prima generatie TBOS-I

- Acest sistem poate fi utilizat ca o functie anti-vandalizare, pentru a monta electrovanele intr-un loc inaccesibil
